AVL Projekt Open Day 2015.

The previous Open Day proved right the assumptions of the General Manager, Slobodan Većkalov, that an event of that type was necessary in order for all the customers to get in touch in the most direct way with audio, video and lighting products and solutions, as well as with their application in everyday business, regardless of the industry to which their company belonged. Therefore, there was no doubt that an event of this type should be repeated.

AVL Projekt Open Day 2015 spread over 500m2 of exhibition space where visitors could get acquainted themselves with the optimized solutions in the field of:

• video projections
• audio and video conferencing systems
• 3D cinemas
• lighting and lighting controls for theaters and TV studios
• audio installations for various purposes (speakers and microphones, audio consoles)
• rental equipment (trussing, loudspeaker systems)

All of the exhibited equipment was presented to visitors in the real conditions of use. In all the stands the representatives of the manufacturers were present. The Sales Managers for our market and their technical staff, as well as our employees provided throughout the day information on the technical characteristics of the presented products and solutions, as well as the possibilities of their application. Questions that were asked undoubtedly speak of the need of our clients to be able to attend events like this one in order to fully become aware of AVL Projekt’s business.

The great interest for the proposed solutions was shown by the technicians from several different TV stations, cinemas, theaters and cultural centers. They were the most numerous participants in the 6 different workshops that were held at a pre-established schedule throughout the day. The workshops were held in two conference rooms within the hotel Holliday Inn, and most of the trainers were experts from companies - manufacturers of the equipment.

With the experience of organizing such a great event four years ago, it can be said, without any exaggeration that the organization itself passed without any problems. In addition to good action plan, the hard work and commitment of all employees had the crucial role in it.

We would like to thank all the guests for the visit: the representatives of TV stations, theaters, cultural, sporting and business centers, hotels, convention centers, marketing and rental companies and all the others who visited AVL Projekt Open Day 2015.
