AVL Demo Day is the third event of its kind in the organization of the AVL Projekt. The first time assuming that that would be the case, and the second time knowing from experience that such an event was an indispensable part of our business, the third event - the AVL Demo Day - imposed itself on its own. The need for organizing such gatherings was confirmed by more than 200 guests, the ones that rent sound and lighting equipment, technical directors and technicians from television studios, theaters and cultural institutions, as well as professors and students of academies where multimedia technologies are studied.
The presentation day was divided into two parts: Chauvet Professional and Chauvet DJ lighting fixtures were presented from 11 am to 2 pm. After a half-hour break, the RCF Line Array systems presentation lasted till 5 pm.
Within the Chauvet Lighting presentation, which was led by one of the directors of AVL Projekt Slobodan Većkalov, the moving heads from the series Maverick, Rogue, Intimidator, more than 20 models of them, were presented, most of which are with the LED source of light. Fresnels and profile light fixtures from the EVE and Ovation series were also presented, all with a LED source of light. There were also Strike 1 and Strike 4 and the haze machines.
Presentation was also attended by Jon Petts, European Business Development Manager.
Within the RCF presentation, Line Array systems HDL 6-A, HDL 30-A, HDL 50-A and TTL 6-A were presented. Each of them is designed in accordance with the fundamentals of any sound system (high sound pressure levels, constant directivity, sound quality), but also with the demands of modern sound systems - the weight of the boxes is reduced and easy to handle, all for optimizing transport and the time needed to set up the sound system. The visitors had the opportunity to be briefly introduced to RDNet, monitoring software and very intuitive RCF audio system control.
The presentation was led by Lucio Boiardi Serri, RCF's Pro Audio specialist and Jovica Maços, Executive Director of AVL Projekt.
The day was marked also by the presentation of a new opportunity to finance the purchase of equipment. A couple of days before the event, AVL Projekt had established cooperation with Raiffeisen Leasing and provided excellent conditions for the purchase of new professional audio, video and lighting equipment.
Last but not least, it should be pointed out that this would not be possible without the commitment and worthiness of all employees in the AVL Projekt.
