The delivered LITEC ALUSFERA 2 is a prefab structure made of aluminum elements in the shape of a quarter of a ball and with a frontal arch. Its entire surface is protected against wind and rain with white coloured PVC cover, which is, as such, grateful for "painting" and creating exceptional light effects.
The outer dimensions of this spherical structure are impressive: it is 21.5 m wide, 10.3 m high in the center and 11.5 m deep. The construction can withstand a uniformly distributed load of 6000 kg for which a corresponding static report is provided with a windshield simulation.
The stage EVERDECK VS750H-2X1 was also delivered. Its total area of 136m2 consists of 66 pcs 2x1m and 4 pcs 1x1m stage decks. The decks are made of a waterproof black plywood with an anti-slip surface in a 9cm aluminum frame and with additional longitudinal reinforcement. The uniformly distributed load capacity is 750 kg/m². Transport weight is 32kg per 2x1m stage deck.
Along with the stage, we delivered aluminum telescopic legs with square profile 6x6 cm and adjustable height with built-in height scale for precise leveling of different sizes: 1-1.8m; 0.6-1m and 0.4-0.6m. The part of delivery was also an adjustable handrail of different length with connecting screws and modular stairs with a grip. There are also transport cases for transporting the couplings between the stage segments and legs.
Alusfera first publicaly appeared within the Novi Sad Foundation 2021 project, Kaleidoscope that revived the Novi Sad Corso. On Saturday, September 15, 2018 the Novi Sad audience enjoyed a unique and beautiful event in the form of an unusual concert of classical music. Creating the impression of a concert at the opera house, LITEC Alusfera proved to be an obvious choice!
