In order to organize various stage performances, promotions, meetings, lectures, seminars, workshops and trainings in the Ceremonial Hall of the Union, the management contacted us to design and install a new video presentation system in the room.
The system consists of a laser projector with a motorized projection screen and distribution of audio-video signals via a network cable. The image dimensions are 295 x 184 cm, which makes the displayed content perfectly visible with the brightness of the projector of 5,000 lm.
When it comes to price-quality ratio, the Sony VPL-CWZ10 laser projector is one of the most affordable WXGA resolution solutions. The contrast (full white/full black) is oo:1, which enables an extremely clear image with a high level of saturated colours. The advanced laser light source offers up to 20,000 hours operation without lamp exchange, reducing maintenance needs and lifetime running costs.
Audio-video signal is distributed via a set of HDMI HDBaseT transmitter-receiver via S/FTP Cat6 Aten VE801 network cable. The central part of the system is the Aten VS482 switch with 4 HDMI inputs for simultaneous connection of up to 4 HDMI signal sources, 2 HDMI outputs. It has a built-in device for extracting audio signals from HDMI signals, which is further distributed to the existing audio system.
After starting up the system, our expert team performed an adequate training of staff and presented them all the possibilities of the video presentation system.
