Many cultural events, concerts and other events are often held on the plateau in front of the Youth Center in Kladovo. Therefore, the city authorities decided to invest in a portable stage with trussing and additional stage equipment which would improve the organization of these events and the overall visitors’ experience.

  • Client: The Municipality of Kladovo
  • Date of project: 2019

After successful participation in the procurement announced by the Municipality of Kladovo, our company delivered and installed aluminum trussing, as well as audio and lighting equipment.

The aluminum trussing, a product of the Italian company LITEC, was delivered.  Its 8m x 6m double roof is supported by 4 towers, each being designed for a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. Manual cranes and winches provide a quick and safe way to lower and raise the roof and attached equipment up to 6m. The towers are made of aluminum lattice square segments with appropriate dimensions, pipe diameter and pipe wall thickness, which with the alloy EN-AV 6082 T6 provides stability and safety of the trussing. The roof structure is made of 400x400mm square aluminum segments. The complete construction is supplied with PVC covers on the top and both sides. Appropriate accessories for joining the trussing elements were also delivered. All its elements are compliant with the relevant standards for this kind of equipment, which is extremely important for the safe handling and maintenance.

Chauvet EVE P-100 WW LED Wash spotlight with high output warm white (3500 K) wash light, 100 W light source power and 53-degree field angle were delivered as the front white light. By using interchangeable magnetic frames with lenses of 25- and 35- degrees, the angularity can be easily adjusted. There is a possibility of installing valves on the device for additional cutting of the light beam. It can also be used for theater performances because its fanless design ensures 100% silent operation.

Active 2-way system array speakers RCF NXL 44-A, hung on the trussing, deliver power of 700W via built-in three 10" neodymium woofers and 1.4” drivers. Precision controlled by an on-board DSP and driven by a two-channel digital amp, the NXL44-A delivers very natural sounding response and high SPL for professional live sound reinforcement. The RCF SUB 8004-AS is one of the most powerful 18" subwoofers in pro-sound category powered by 1250 W digital amplifiers, which provides excellent performance while being very efficient and lightweight.
