With centuries of coexistence, the communities in this region have preserved their unique customs, making the creation of these cultural centers an important step toward strengthening connections and understanding among ethnic minorities.
State-of-the-Art Stage Equipment
As the winner of the EU tender issued by the City of Subotica under the "Colourful Cooperation" project, our team successfully delivered and installed essential stage infrastructure, including aluminum stage structures, a modular stage system with accessories, a high-performance sound system, advanced lighting equipment and a professional projection screen.
Aluminum Structure
The installation includes three LITEC aluminum truss structures in a "P" shape, measuring 11 x 4.5 meters, designed for securely suspending stage equipment without the risk of structural bending.
• 290x290 mm square grid segments for maximum stability
• Optimized pipe diameter, wall thickness, and material alloy for enhanced safety
• Certified components that meet industry regulations
All necessary connectors and accessories were also provided to ensure seamless assembly.
Modular Stage System
The mobile stage, measuring 10 x 4 meters, consists of individual panels (200 x 100 cm, 35 kg each), with an aluminum frame for lightweight durability, 12 mm thick marine plywood (waterproof, fireproof, and non-slip) for safety and longevity and vibration-resistant foot supports and connectors for enhanced stability.
Certified for a load capacity of 750 kg/m², the stage is suitable for both indoor and outdoor performances. Additionally, the feature telescopic square legs (adjustable from 60 to 100 cm), matching adjustable stairs with handrails and safety barriers.
High-Performance Sound System
For optimal sound coverage, we installed RCF NXL 44-A Line Array Column Speakers with 700W power output, three built-in 10” neodymium woofers and a 1.4” driver for exceptional clarity. Precision-designed horn is designed for high SPL and professional live sound. RCF SUB 8004-AS Subwoofer, one of the most powerful subwoofers in the professional audio category features 1250W Class-D amplifier for deep, powerful bass packed into a compact, yet highly efficient design.
The sound system also features:
• Audix AP61 OM2 Wireless Microphone Systems with 2,560 adjustable frequencies across a 64 MHz range, automatic frequency scanning to avoid interference and antenna combiner and active antennas for stable signal reception
• DiGiCo S21 Digital Mixer with dual touch-sensitive screens for real-time control, 20 channels with extensive connectivity options and ethernet networking and multiple outputs
The connection between the FOH and the stage audio equipment is made using a 24-in/8-out stagebox with a 30-meter multicore cable and Sommer Cable connectors.
Advanced Lighting System
A selection of high-performance lighting fixtures was installed for versatile stage lighting solutions.
The Chauvet Intimidator Spot 375Z IRC is a moving spot light with LED technology, featuring a 150W light source. It has a motorized zoom with an adjustable beam angle ranging from 10° to 23°. It creates exceptional effects using two rotating prisms: a six-facet circular prism and a five-facet linear prism.
The Chauvet Rogue R2 Wash moving head is equipped with a 19 x 15W RGBW LED light source and offers adjustable color temperature ranging from 2800K to 10000K. The Rogue R2 Wash also features five independent LED control zones, enabling pixel mapping.
The Chauvet EVE E-100Z LED profile zoom fixture features a light source of 100W with a single Osram LED emitting warm white light. The zoom angle is adjustable from 14° to 30°, providing versatility in light beam control. The fixture supports DMX control protocol, and its high-quality built-in blades allow for precise cutting of the light beam. It provides a luminous intensity of 15,000 lux at a distance of 2 meters and at an angle of 14°. Additionally, the fixture includes a USB port with the option to connect an additional USB adapter for wireless DMX signal transmission from the control device.
The Chauvet OVATION F-265WW fresnel fixtures have been delivered, featuring barn doors and a warm white LED light source (1 x 230W LED). These fixtures offer a motorized zoom range from 27° to 68° and have a high CRI of 96, ensuring excellent color rendering. They are DMX-controlled, supporting both RDM and PWM protocols. The LED fresnel is an ideal replacement for a 2 kW halogen fresnel light source, providing high performance while being energy-efficient.
For scene washing, the Chauvet EVE P-130 RGB LED wash light have been provided. Each unit features 40 LEDs (13 red, 13 green, and 14 blue diodes) with a power output of 130W. The light offers easy angle adjustment using magnetic interchangeable frames with lenses of 25° and 45°, ensuring an excellent balance of price and quality.
Intuitive Lighting Control System The control of the lighting system is done via a digital console, featuring a 12" touchscreen and an intuitive graphical interface for monitoring and adjusting system parameters.
Following installation, our team provided comprehensive training to the cultural center's technical staff and conducted a concert event simulation to demonstrate the system’s full potential.
This modern stage and AV setup ensures that the Hungarian Cultural Center in Palić is fully equipped to host high-quality performances, cultural events, and artistic collaborations.
