Video conference system for CC-3 Mining Construction

After setting up the technical infrastructure of the company's business premises, it was necessary to equip a new conference hall with 20 seats.

The request was to design and install a technical solution that would enable video conference calls with a company in China, while having a fine tone and a clear image for easy and comprehensive mutual communication. In addition, it would be used for business meetings and presentations among employees.

Considering the size of the room and the abundance of daylight, the right choice was the Sony BRAVIA FW-75BZ40H/1 75" professional display with an outstanding image of 4K resolution and a brightness of 850 cd/m² (peak). The display has an integrated Android OS that allows great flexibility in the user's work. The 24/7 operation mode makes it one of the best Sony professional displays, while the large number of inputs and outputs provides application in various systems. According to the client's request for the system to be mobile, a troley for a display from 55" to 105" with wheels and a shelf for storing peripheral devices was also delivered. This enabled easy transfer of the entire system, which is fully ready for operation with only one socket.

An Infobit iMeeting A5 computer with Windows 10 Pro OS was also delivered due to the need to use various software tools. The system also includes a digital wide-angle Infobit iCam VB40 ePTZ camera with a 4K Ultra HD image sensor, as well as omnidirectional wireless microphones with noise-cancellation function. They enable uniform and transparent sound for all meeting participants, even if there is a lot of ambient noise. The microphone battery lasts up to 8 hours, while in standby mode even up to 6 months. Thanks to the supplied stands, charging is quick and easy.

A JBL soundbar with a wireless subwoofer and detachable satellites has also been installed for a true surround experience. This resulted in a uniformly loud and clear sound during a meeting or presentation in all parts of the hall.

Thanks to the implemented video conference system, the employees of the company are provided with clear and high-quality communication with their colleagues in China. In addition, they got a tool for easy and quick exchange of ideas, which will facilitate their internal meetings.
