To facilitate optimal communication among staff and enhance business operations, the company has installed state-of-the-art Poly video conferencing systems in its New Belgrade office meeting rooms. This strategic upgrade ensures that interactions and processes are conducted with the highest level of efficiency and clarity.
The office in New Belgrade boasts an array of professional Sony BZ40H displays, ranging from 55 to 85 inches, integrated with 4K video conferencing capabilities. These displays deliver stunning 4K HDR visuals with exceptional brightness, up to 850 nits, ensuring content remains crisp and clear even under substantial ambient lighting.
Mounted on walls and paired with tablets, the systems offer a comprehensive solution for 4K video conferencing, collaborative work, and wireless presentations. Utilizing the Android platform, they operate seamlessly with or without a computer using specialized apps and support major platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
Content sharing is effortless with Apple Airplay or Miracast, complemented by a digital whiteboard feature that projects whiteboard notes directly onto the screen. The cameras are designed to intelligently frame participants and focus on the current speaker, enhancing the meeting experience.
Sound quality is paramount; hence, the systems boast advanced echo cancellation and ambient noise suppression. They also provide an HDMI input for seamless presentation connectivity and the option to add an external microphone in larger rooms.
With robust encryption standards like AES-128, AES-256 and H.235.6, alongside administrative control over user roles, Tenderly ensures a secure and controlled conferencing environment. Following installation, Tenderly’s specialists conducted comprehensive training for staff, ensuring efficient use of these sophisticated systems.
Following the installation, our expert team provided comprehensive training to the designated personnel, ensuring they are well-versed in operating the new Poly video conferencing systems.
