Audio-Video Conferencing System for the Project “From Knowledge to Employment”

The 'From Knowledge to Employment' (E2E) project is a twelve-year partnership between the governments of Switzerland and Serbia. Its goal is to create the conditions for new or improved employment opportunities for women, men, and vulnerable groups in Serbia by enhancing employment support services and promoting industry-led training programs within the private sector.

  • Client: The Project “From Knowledge to Employment”
  • Date of project: 2024

Since 2016, the E2E project has been implemented by the NIRAS Germany GmbH office. We have established cooperation with them by enhancing communication during video meetings and conferences.

As the E2E project enters its third implementation phase, there was a clear need for a reliable, plug-and-play audio-video solution—one that works instantly when connected to a computer and remains easy to use throughout online meetings via platforms like Teams or Zoom.

The delivered all-in-one PTZ camera, Infobit iCam VB50 with 4K/60Hz resolution, features a 120° super wide field of view, a 5x zoom lens, and 4 built-in beamforming microphones that pick-up distance up to 6 meters. It features integrated advanced functions for echo cancellation, ambient noise suppression, and automatic adjustment of the speaker's audio level. It also features an automatic framing function for all meeting participants, adjusting zoom, panning, and focus accordingly (Automatic Framing). Thanks to the Voice Tracking technology, it can intelligently focus on the person who is talking, even if they move around the room. It supports leading video conferencing applications – Skype, Zoom, and Teams.

The Infobit iSpeaker M100 external microphone was also delivered, contributing to even better sound during video conferences. The connection between the computer and the all-in-one video conferencing device is made via the Infobit AOC-USB31-CCDV10 HDMI optical cable. This ensures a reliable and efficient connection during video conferences, free from interference caused by external RF radiation or electromagnetic radiation from power cables.

Following the installation, our team trained the technical staff to operate the audio-video conferencing system, ensuring optimal efficiency and ease of use for all future meetings.
