To support presentations throughout the Rectorate, the university required advanced, portable equipment. In response, a comprehensive mobile audio-video system was delivered, comprising a laser projector, a mobile projection screen, and a portable sound system.
Advanced Projection Technology
At the heart of the system is the Panasonic PT-VMZ51SEJ laser projector, boasting WUXGA resolution and 5,200 lumens of brightness. This ensures crisp, vibrant presentations, even in well-lit environments. As the smallest and lightest LCD laser projector in its class, it offers unparalleled portability and versatility. Its wide vertical and horizontal lens shift, combined with 360° operation capability, makes installation seamless in any space. The laser light source guarantees at least 20,000 hours of operation, while its fully enclosed design (covering the laser unit, filters, optics, and power supply) minimizes maintenance by eliminating the need for lamp replacements.
Flexible Mobile Screens
The Screen Line MK300DFR projection screen set enhances the visual experience. Designed for both front and rear projection, the set includes two 136" screens with dimensions of 300 x 169 cm in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The foldable aluminium frame ensures quick and easy setup, while a wheeled carrying case facilitates effortless transport.
Powerful Audio Performance
For audio, the RCF EVOX J8 active two-way speaker system was selected. Its combination of satellite speakers and a subwoofer delivers balanced, high-quality sound, ensuring even coverage across the room. The system is further enhanced by the RCF F 10XR audio mixer, which features a USB input for audio playback and recording, as well as a professional DSP with built-in effects, making it suitable for diverse presentation needs.
Enhanced Efficiency and Impact
By equipping the Rectorate with state-of-the-art portable audio-video technology, the University of Novi Sad has significantly improved its ability to host dynamic and professional presentations. This investment not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures the success of future events, reflecting the university’s commitment to excellence.
