InspiraHub, part of the Inspira Group, is a unique coworking and educational center located in the heart of Subotica. Since its founding in 2017, it has nurtured entrepreneurship, encouraged open idea exchange, and made mentorship and personal development accessible to anyone eager to improve their skills.
This year, InspiraHub expanded into a new, larger facility – significantly upgraded in both capacity and technology to better serve its users. The event hall has also been modernized, now functioning both as a venue for free public gatherings and as a rental space for business clients. With these improvements, Subotica has once again gained one of the city center’s most advanced venues for small-scale events.
To meet modern standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operation, the hub required a state-of-the-art audio-visual system that could guarantee reliable performance while creating an inspiring environment for all users.
The solution features
Sony VPL-FHZ75 laser projectors with 6,500 lumens of brightness, delivering sharp and vibrant images even under strong ambient light. Their
laser light source offers a minimum lifespan of 20,000 hours, while the
WUXGA resolution (1920 × 1200) ensures exceptional detail. Thanks to the 0.33:1 throw-ratio lens, presenters can stand in front of the screen without casting shadows. Each projector includes an HDBaseT input, enabling simple, interference-free AV signal distribution over S/FTP Cat6 cables. Key components such as the laser and optics are enclosed in a dust-proof casing, making the projectors durable, low-maintenance, and entirely lamp-free.
The image is projected onto a
Screen Line 142'' WA305CWI motorized screen, framed with 5 cm black borders that enhance contrast and improve the visual experience. Powered by a high-quality, whisper-quiet motor, the screen ensures long-lasting performance and can be conveniently controlled via wall switch or RF remote.
For video distribution, the system integrates an
Infobit iSwitch 104H150 HDBaseT splitter paired with HDBaseT receivers. This setup delivers reliable signals to up to four monitors through high-grade S/FTP Cat6a network cables. Transmission distances of up to 100 meters are achieved without image loss or electromagnetic interference, ensuring consistent, crystal-clear visuals.
The audio system is anchored by the
RCF F 12XR 12-channel mixer, equipped with a DSP processor, 16 built-in effects, and USB recording capability. The main sound reinforcement is provided by
RCF L 2406T W three-way wall-mounted column speakers (200W RMS), designed for even sound coverage with minimal reflections—resulting in excellent speech intelligibility across the entire space.
For speech reinforcement, the system includes Audix wireless microphone sets: the
AP41 OM2 handheld transmitter and the AP41 BP with an HT2 headset microphone. These connect via the
Audix ADS48 antenna splitter and dedicated antennas, ensuring strong wireless signal coverage throughout the venue.
After installation, system configuration, and commissioning, our expert team provided training to the designated staff, enabling smooth and confident operation of the new AV system.
