For Unforgettable Performances: Cutting-Edge Equipment in Cultural Centers

Modern audiovisual technology plays a key role in delivering unforgettable cultural experiences. By combining cutting-edge lighting, sound, and visual solutions, cultural venues create a professional, immersive atmosphere that enhances the experience for both the audience and the artists.

  • Client: Cultural Center Rvati, Raska
  • Date of project: 2025

As part of the project to equip the Cultural Center in the village of Rvati, within the Municipality of Raška, we recently installed a modern, highly functional audiovisual system designed to elevate the quality of cultural and artistic events. The project “Renovation and Equipment of the Cultural Center in Rvati,” was made possible through the support of the Ministry for the Care of Rural Areas of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, in partnership with the Municipality of Raška.

The system is built on cutting-edge professional lighting, sound, and video projection technologies, delivering intuitive control and outstanding flexibility, ensuring seamless, technically flawless execution of every event.

The video presentation setup includes a Panasonic PT-VMZ51SEJ laser projector and a ScreenLine MK300DFR mobile projection screen.

The laser projector boasts 5,200 lumens of brightness and WUXGA resolution (1920x1200), delivering flawless clarity and exceptional image quality. With an impressive lifespan of at least 20,000 hours, it sets new benchmarks in long-term efficiency. Its key strengths include versatile adaptation to any space, a wide range of vertical and horizontal lens shift, and full 360° installation capability. Advanced protection for critical components (laser, filters, optics, and power supply), ensures minimal maintenance, while its compact size and lightweight design make it a leader in its class. Lamp-free operation dramatically reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Image and video content is displayed on two 136ʺ ScreenLine screens (300 x 169 cm), specially designed for both front and rear projection. Supporting a 16:9 aspect ratio, they deliver an exceptional visual experience. Setup is quick and easy thanks to the foldable aluminum frame, while the wheeled carrying case ensures effortless transport and installation, maximizing the system’s mobility.

The mobile RCF EVOX J8MIX audio system features satellites with 8×2" drivers and a powerful 12" subwoofer. Delivering a peak output of 1400 W, this high-performance sound system provides impressive coverage and impact. With an integrated 8-channel mixer, users have full control of the audio signal from a single location, ensuring a flawless listening experience. Thanks to RCF’s advanced FiR filtering technology, the system delivers exceptional precision, crystal-clear sound, and excellent stereo imaging, offering a premium audio experience for every listener. The free RCF EVOX J app allows easy control of the built-in mixer, making sound management effortless.

For speech applications, a wireless Audix AP42 OM2 microphone set was delivered, featuring two handheld transmitters housed in a specialized rack with a foam-lined drawer, ensuring secure transport. The Radial USB PRO was provided for safe connection of external devices and computers to the audio system, while protecting against interference, humming, and buzzing.

Front lighting is provided by Chauvet EVE P-100 WW LED fixtures, emitting warm white light (3500K) for dynamic and creative lighting effects. They feature magnetic interchangeable frames for easy adjustment of beam angles to 25° or 35°, creating precise light beams for any requirement. Additional barn doors allow for fine-tuning of the beam shape, while the fixtures’ silent operation ensures flawless performance and discretion during performances.

Stage lighting is handled by Chauvet EVE P-160 RGBW LED Wash fixtures, with 160W power and 61 LEDs (14 red, 13 green, 14 blue, 20 white). Magnetic interchangeable frames with 35° and 48° lenses allow precise beam adjustment, while silent operation ensures stunning effects without noise. Mounted on mobile stands or directly on the stage floor with special mounts, they offer maximum flexibility for any setup.

The portable Chauvet Obey 70 lighting console serves as the central control, providing DMX management for up to 12 fixtures.

The final visual touch is provided by a motorized dark red curtain made of Molton fabric. It is certified fire-resistant, ensuring safety, while intuitive remote control allows effortless opening and closing, delivering a lasting visual impact.

All microphone and DMX cables in the system are Sommer Cable, providing maximum protection against RF interference and disturbances from power lines.

After the equipment delivery, our expert team conducted comprehensive user training on the audio, video, and lighting systems, ensuring that all users are fully equipped to operate the system at peak efficiency.
