The Hungarian Cultural Center “Petőfi Sándor” in Novi Sad recognized the need to upgrade its existing lighting system. For this cultural institution, we implemented a complete project – from equipment delivery to professional installation of front-of-stage lighting, including the integration of a stable and reliable truss structure.
Fresnel spotlights and intuitive lighting control
The installation includes Chauvet EVE F-160ZQ Fresnel spotlights equipped with a 160 W RGBW LED light source. These fixtures deliver full-spectrum color performance with a CRI of >96, ensuring natural tones and accurate color reproduction. The integrated zoom system (16°–61°) provides flexible beam control, from tight focusing to wide wash coverage. With a maximum output of 1132 lux at 5 m, the system ensures strong visibility and clear stage definition even at longer distances.
Flicker-free performance makes the fixtures suitable for all types of filming, while the preset color temperature range (2800K - 8000K) enables fast and intuitive adjustment of the desired atmosphere without the need for complex manual color mixing.
The fixtures also feature multi-channel DMX control, D-Fi USB compatibility, and powerCON® power connectivity, along with full compliance with CE, MET, and RoHS standards.
The lighting system is complemented by a digital lighting console designed for demanding stage, concert, and theatre applications. It supports more than 1024 DMX channels, RDM auto-patching, Art-Net, and sACN distribution, with remote operation via Wi-Fi and mobile devices. The console includes a high-resolution touchscreen, precision encoders, and grand master faders for intuitive control, while a library of over 30,000 presets and scene memory functions enables efficient programming in live or theatre environments.
Reliable structure with flexible connection options
A high-quality LITEC square aluminum truss system made of robust aluminum tubing was also supplied. The structure features a strong and stable load-bearing design, precisely manufactured using TIG welding (ISO 4063), ensuring long service life, reliability, and high mechanical strength. It is designed to allow fast, simple, and safe segment connection via practical connectors, making it suitable for permanent installations.
