LED displays for immersive visual experiences
The company has added several modern Unilumin LED displays to its inventory, further expanding the equipment acquired in 2024, as previously reported.
The delivery included the Unilumin URM III 2.6 high-resolution indoor LED display, as well as the Unilumin URM III 2.6-C, a version of the same model featuring a practical 90-degree corner installation capability.
The LED displays consist of rental-grade aluminum cabinets measuring 500 × 500 × 83 mm with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch. Each cabinet offers a resolution of 192 × 192 pixels and weighs 8 kg. The cabinets provide both front and rear service access, enabling quick module replacement through a magnetic mounting system.
A brightness level of 800 cd/m² ensures excellent visibility even under strong ambient lighting conditions typically found in exhibition halls. Integrated SMD technology ensures high energy efficiency, with an average power consumption of approximately 140 W/m². The 14-bit video processing delivers outstanding image quality and accurate content reproduction.
The complete LED system includes a freestanding support structure, transport cases, hanging bars for aluminum truss installation, and all required power and signal cables.
The delivery also included the Unilumin URM III 2.6-S LED display, distinguished by its flexible design, which allows gentle curvature within a range of 0° to ±45°. This enables the creation of curved display surfaces and modular configurations, making it particularly suitable for exhibition stands and event staging.
The delivered LED cabinets comply with EU directives EMC, LVD, and RoHS, confirming their quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The LED displays were also supplied with a NovaStar control system, enabling simple and reliable image transmission, including wireless signal transmission.
NovaStar – cutting-edge technology for LED display and content management
The solution includes NovaStar TB-60 advanced LED processors and multimedia players, enabling intuitive control of medium and large LED displays from a PC, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. The devices feature 4 Ethernet outputs and 16 GB of internal storage, and support Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and optional 4G connectivity, ensuring flexible and reliable operation.
Additionally, NovaStar VX1000 10-port LED controllers combine video processing and control in a single device, supporting high-resolution content up to 4K×1K@60Hz, with smooth scaling, low latency, and precise color and brightness adjustment.
EXE motors and LITEC trussing systems – robust equipment ensuring reliability
EXE 500 kg D8+ DC motors ensure durability and safety in dynamic trade fair environments. They feature a safety factor of 8:1, as well as multiple integrated safety systems, including brakes and overload sensors. Motor control is performed via a remote control unit or an integrated control system, enabling simple and precise operation.
The FEM class 2m standard indicates the motor’s ability to operate under continuous load for 24 minutes within one hour and to perform up to 240 starts within the same time frame. The motor housing is made of cast aluminum, with a lifting speed of 4 m/min and a total weight of 24 kg.
Supplied with compatible chains, transport bags, and CEE 4h 16A connectors, the motors are designed for practical and flexible use. The bag system allows horizontal or vertical positioning, while an external PVC chain guide helps prevent chain tangling. With a low noise level of up to 67.5 dB, they are well-suited for live event environments.
LITEC aluminum truss systems in various dimensions are designed for safe mounting of equipment and exhibition elements, ensuring stability without deformation under load. Built from square-section truss segments, their diameter, wall thickness, and material alloy confirm full compliance with safety standards. All necessary accessories are also provided for secure installation.
