The Gallery of Matica Srpska has recognized the importance of investing in professional video solutions, as we have previously highlighted, and its commitment to modernizing exhibition areas continues.
Thanks to the recent acquisition of advanced video equipment, exhibition programs can now be presented in high resolution, offering visitors an innovative and visually engaging way to experience art.
Transforming Art through Professional Video Solutions
The delivered 75” FW-75BZ40L 4K Sony professional displays feature a brightness level of 700 cd/m², along with Sony’s patented Deep Black Non-Glare Coating technology, designed to reduce glare and minimize reflections. By reducing reflections and enhancing contrast, these displays deliver dynamic visual presentations with realistic colors and exceptional detail.
An 86” IPS 4K interactive display was also delivered, featuring IR touch technology with 40 touch points and enabling users to write with either a stylus or a finger. The device runs on the Android platform and is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of eMMC storage. The display features an integrated camera supporting 4K resolution with YUV2 and MJPG image formats, as well as a 90° viewing angle. It is also equipped with built-in microphones and integrated software for noise and echo cancellation. Protected by 4 mm tempered glass, the display features an anti-reflective coating and a fingerprint-resistant surface. The solution also includes content management software and wireless screen-sharing capabilities.
The setup is completed with a 55” transparent OLED touchscreen display featuring a tempered glass construction and metal floor stands for pedestal installation. The display delivers a brightness of 600 cd/m², a resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 pixels, and an impressive contrast ratio of 150,000:1, providing a clear and engaging presentation of digital content while maintaining visibility of the exhibits behind it. Running on the Android platform, the device is equipped with HDMI, DP, and USB interfaces, enabling easy connectivity and efficient content management. The display has an expected operating lifetime of approximately 30,000 hours.
For digital content projection, a mobile projection screen measuring 400 × 250 cm with a 16:10 aspect ratio was delivered. It features two projection surfaces designed for front and rear projection, providing flexibility for various presentation scenarios. The system is supplied with a foldable aluminum frame that, together with the projection screen, fits conveniently into a transport case, enabling easy transportation and quick setup.
