Christie projectors for the Museum of Contemporary Art in Novi Sad

Identified Needs

The French Institute in Serbia and the Goethe Institute in Belgrade, in cooperation with the Museum of Contemporary Art from Novi Sad have started the project "The Memory of Violence and The Dreams of The Future". The project is dedicated to the marking of the centenery of the World War I, to the memory of the turbulent and violent social and political circumstances, to the personal drama, migrations and dreams. Considering the trends in museum exhibitions, as well as the "new nature" of the museum audience, there was a need to present the content of the exhibition in a modern, artistic context. 

Implemented solution

CHRISTIE projector  was initially bought for the mentioned exhibion (The Memory of Violence and The Dreams of Future). This project gathers the artists from Europe who, as a starting point, use 100 years of the latest European history. 

However, in adittion to this project, it is planned to use the projectors in all the coming museum exhibitions and video projections.
