LED lighting for the atrium of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina

In June 2015, the AVL Projekt delivered LED lighting to The Museum of Contemporary Art, which is located in Novi Sad. The lighting was installed in the atrium of the museum.

Identified needs

The atrium of the museum is used for gathering of guests before or after the opening of an exhibition, or any other cultural events that has been organized. Therefore, the competent authorities of the museum wanted to make this area and stay in it more interesting for visitors by improving their visual experience.

The implemented solution

In implementing the designed solution Chauvet Lighting was used, the model Chauvet SlimPAR^TM 64 RGBA. SlimPAR^TM 64 RGBA LED fixture is specific because, in addition to RGB (Red, Green, Blue) it also has A (amber) LED. Another its characteristic is that it is mobile and can be used for all the other cultural activities of the museum. In addition to light fixtures, also the lighting console, Chauvet Obey 70, was delivered. To connect the fixtures with the lihting console, AES / EBU Sommer Binary 234 DMX cable was used.

Employees received training for the use of the system and how to connect it.
